Goodbye Birmingham….Hello New York City!

Okay….(I can hardly type with excitement!)…in 48 hours I’ll be winging my way to New York City for my month long stay! So, I wanted to tell you what’s happening and where you can find me online.

First of all, this website. I will be posting New York photographs on this blog. You will also have the opportunity to buy prints of these photographs, thus owning an iconic image of New York and helping to support my trip too!

Big Apple Unpeeled. This is where I am going to be very active, bringing you news, stories, photographs and videos from New York. Pop over, it’ll be ace and I want you to get involved too!

4am Project. I hope you can all take part on the 17th October! I’ll be blogging over on the 4am Project website AND I’m organising a 4am photo walk in Times Square.

So my bags are packed, I’ve got a few dollars in my purse and some comfortable walking shoes. I’m all set!

I’ve had some great press about my trip from the Birmingham Post, plus an article on their website. And the Birmingham Mail have added me to theirLifestyle bloggers section too!

Announcing The Big Apple Unpeeled

I’m super excited to be able to announce my newest project, The Big Apple Unpeeled!
What is the Big Apple Unpeeled?

On 8th October I will be jetting off to one of the most iconic cities in the world. Staying in New York for one whole fantastic month, I will bring you a taste of authentic New York life.

From the backstreets of the Bronx, to peeking into the haunts of the rich and famous, from the bustling streets to birds eye views and everything inbetween, you can share my experience with me. I’ll be asking you, “What do you want to see today?”

My curiosity knows no bounds. My camera, laptop, phone and other contraptions are ready to record. I won’t miss out a thing! Whatever I see, you will too.

You can follow my blog, tweets, live videos, interviews, photography and audio broadcasts. You will get a big crunchy bite of what’s hot in the Big Apple whilst I unpeel and squeeze the juice out of NYC – pips and all!
